Quick motivational note
I've been out shopping today and was able to demo the MVP for my latest app to my target market, local retailers.
Having a working model is sooo much easier to sell. It does all the talking for you (especially if it's an intuitive UI). I've had some great feedback and it's really motivated me to keep pushing ahead.

Launching your product before completion
Hi all and happy new year 🎊
I've been reading a lot lately about getting your product out there before it's ready for launch. ie getting early adopters, website up, building a mailing list.
What are your experiences and pointers for achieving maximum bang for your buck?
Also, it it possible and/or advisable to launch on PH before you have something tangible?

I have a couple of other gems in production. My plan for those is to ship early rather than aiming for perfection first 💪
