I've launched an experience design studio to concentrate on UX Research & data-driven design for SaaS products. LinkedIn can be a great platform to use if you're selling a product to other businesses. There are also tools out there that can assist in the automation of the lead generation process. The key to engaging people isn't just about providing information, it's about making a personal connection with them. That's why these questions are pretty useless. Sure, people might answer them at first, but if they start to see it as just another way for their boss to distract them from their actual work, they're likely to push back and sabotage the whole thing.

You can do it at the same time. Just work on launching MVP that reflects your vision, and on another hand have talks and show presentation to your potential audience to obtain feedback.

We use it in User research, to generate questions for user interviews for future rewrites, and describe UX methodology for internal knowledge base which our designers later discuss, improve and finally use in working processes.

I prefer to start with one of the well-known paid design systems, like And Design. It has good documentation for designers and developers and speeds up the process of creating MVP and prototypes. In the process designers still will add custom components and make visual changes to UI to make it looks more unique.
