Planning, building a community, promotions, and scheduling content to go out the day of seemed to be what helped us the most. We spent a lot of time planning the launch, and reaching out to contacts, friends, and family. It takes time but it paid off.

We didn't have one for a while but kept a contact us page. Since adding a chatbot about 5 months ago we've received a lot more questions and inquiries. It has helped us work with some users and led them to becoming customers. I would say its worth having.

As someone who uses social media for my job and views a decent amount of content, I can tell you that TikTok and reels can drive a ton of traffic. From what I've seen there aren't too many successful TikTok or reels campaigns from businesses. The ones that do have success with reels and TikTok don't talk about their business much and take more of a comedy approach to their videos. Take...

I don't think it matters for launching a product but I think it can definitely help with upvotes once you do launch.

Competitor analysis and looking at the market is what we did. We compared our major competitors, big and small, their pricing and considered different pricing strategies that might help us enter the market faster. It can be tough to find the right price but looking at your industry, competitors, and gathering some user data can help.

We have a small team of 8 right now, very early stages of our start up.
