This is a great tool, I have been using it for a client for just over a month. Easy to integrate, awesome UI and setup was relatively simple. The only downside is on the SMS, it uses the global account name, which means I cannot use the one account for multiple clients for SMS, hopefully this will be fixed in the upcoming pipeline of releases.
