Since launching my IT career as a systems integration specialist in 2006, I've evolved through roles such as IT process analyst and full-stack developer, deeply exploring various IT ecosystems and their cultures since 2013. Over the years, I've experienced the good, the bad, and everything in between. Motivated by a passion to drive change and improve the work environment for myself and others, I founded BestCase in September 2023 with an incredible team. Our goal is to revolutionize and automate IT processes, enhancing life and mental health for IT professionals everywhere.
