After many years in international agencies in Germany, Spain, and the US, I’ve walked away from a corporate career to be able to live my passion for psychology-based User Experience and Storytelling. Today I live empower companies to understand what makes their product or service sell, what makes buyers loyal, and what needs to be done to turn a vision or feature into a real and long-term success. I also consult and teach all aspects of UX. My favorite topics to teach are those, where with a bit of know-how thousands of EUR of project budget and hours of corrections can be saved.
