Far from being able to say it's successful, but the biggest learning while building https://kloudmate.com is that all the Product Marketing I thought I'd mastered in corporate work life, had to be 'unlearnt' so I could re-adjust to a new ICP (developers) and learn newer ways to approach and market at them.

I don't think one can ever make anything perfect. Waiting to be perfect to launch is almost like shooting self in the foot. When we launched https://kloudmate.com, we just launched a basic MVP to see if there were any takers (validation) before building further.

Too bad it's not accessible in our country. I've recently come to realize how powerful it is, even for B2B businesses. Especially developer tools like kloudmate.com for those building on AWS.

When building https://www.kloudmate.com we took a step back and wondered how to simplify the UX for deep tech, cloud observability product, that usually contains complex graphs, traces, and telemetry data. Developers don't have time, and we wanted to save them some more, by use of simplified on-boarding and navigation methods
