I'm doing a study on improving the product discovery process more specifically the user research?
Would anyone be willing to participate in the study?
It's a usability test about knowing if the aha moment is intuitive enough.
It's a study you can do in your own time.
It takes less than 5 minutes (only 2 question test and feedback).

What techniques do you use to understand why your users are behaving in unexpected ways?
Everyone seems to use session recording and product analytics software understand what is happening in their products but not WHY they are happening.
If it is that:
- this person is the wrong type of customer
- they are confused how to use your product
- they expect your product to behave differently than it does
- there are missing expected features
- they just came to browse the app
- they...

There is no such thing as enough research unless the leading indicators can perfectly predict the product outcome(s) will be met; which my startup is working towards

How to get the most out of user research!?
Hey All,
While everyone else is focused on unmoderated user research, I found product managers like me prefer 1:1 user interviews, moderated usability testing and live observations.
I’m the founder of PrepxUs, user research software that helps product managers quickly identify key user needs via in-product user interviews, live usability (prototype) testing and live remote observation...

Uncover Critical User Needs, Live and In-Product
I launched my M.L.P (Minimum Lovable Product), a user research platform to help product managers test assumptions with users (on-demand), probe for critical user needs and design user-centric products, mainly through in-product live user interviews.
My initial user segment is:

I'm working on Customer Centric Product Discovery
I'm the Founder of a startup that is developing Product Discovery software.
the problem I'm solving is: "with customer needs changing all the time, it is difficult to know what product features to build next".
my startup is: https://www.prepxus.com/
Would you be open to jumping on a call this or next week, so I can understand your experience with Product Discovery.

1. How would you define success in this role? Customer are achieving their business objectives with the product and our company is growing in users, revenue and retention
2. What would success look like? Customers referring the product to their peers and growing wildly by word of mouth.
3. How would you define failure in this role? The product being sunset, and/or being fired to prioritising...

I use my platform built for feature prioritization where I collect feedback, separate them into desired outcome buckets, then Run Ad-Hoc research studies (Customer Interviews, Surveys, etc), Prototype/brainstorm ideas, (Moderated/Unmoderated) usability test them and finally use the finds to create/implement/release the feature

After the meeting, I either send an email or slack message detailing the talking points and action items, to clarify all participants or be on the same page.
After we all agreed, I record it on confluence or in onenote
