The plugin looks very useful! It seems to me like it can help out both new products that are going to be used by people speaking different languages and existing products that need to be translated into various languages.
Good luck with the launch!

That's a good question. I guess different people face different obstacles when it comes to putting forth their ideas.
The first thing that comes to my mind is active listening and addressing what has been suggested.
For example, I propose X because of Y and implement it in the Z way. Disagreeing in this situation can serve a good purpose of proving that the environment is accepting of the new...

Lately, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding WFH, and that's a good thing.
However, I think that the real motivation comes from good interpersonal relations in the company, and having everyone work on something they're passionate about.
I feel like the second point is especially important, because when looking at things long-term no amount of money, bonuses, or benefits is going to help...

Hey, thanks for asking!
Currently, I'm building BotMeNot - a tool for testing & measuring bot protection of websites (especially protection against web scraping bots).
If you're a website owner - it's a tool that will help you have peace of mind (or point you in a direction on what you need to improve).
I've checked out the Insightly website - looks very well polished and explains the...

What's your preference - working from the office, remotely, or a hybrid model?
Hello fellow makers & hunters!
I was wondering what's everyone's preference these days when it comes to where you're working from.
Is it office, is it remote (doesn't have to be home - could a cafe, for example) or a hybrid model?
Is an office still the number one environment for maintaining higher levels of productivity or not?
What are your thoughts?

My latest product's name - BotMeNot - is, in a way, a self-describing name.
It's a tool for testing & measuring bot protection of websites - so in a way "saying no to bots".
It also sounds catchy and easy to remember (at least in my opinion).

I have to say that I like the shift. Being more product-focused should help makers present their product better and attract people based on the features themselves.

It definitely has. Clearing up your mind, focusing on other things for a certain period, recharging your mental batteries, and more.
I don' think it's realistic (or even sustainable in the long-term) to force yourself to push 8-10 and more hours every day. The quality of your work will inevitably suffer and you're at a high risk of burnout.

Believe it or not - a stopwatch/timer. I have been recently trying out the Pomodoro technique and it's kinda proving to be effective.

Q1 2022 is coming to a close - what have you achieved and what are your plans for Q2 2022?
Hello everyone!
I'm risking to sound very generic here but - time does fly so fast! It's already the end of March. This means that the first quarter of 2022 is basically over (if we're being pedantic there are 3 and a half days left as I'm writing this - but you get what I mean).
I wanted to know what has everyone achieved, have you set any specific goals for this time period (and do you even...

For https://botmenot.com/ - we've very recently implemented a Recommendations functionality in the app.
We're still working on improving it, but the essence of it is there and it makes it so much easier to work when you have a solid foundation!

Is your product idea based on your own need or you've found it externally?
I think it would be interesting to see how people came up with the idea for the product they're working on.
Obviously, you don't have to overshare if you don't feel like it, just some basic things.
In my case, as I'm in the web scraping business for quite some time now, I've kind of naturally come to an idea to develop BotMeNot https://botmenot.com/
I would say that I've noticed a potential...
