This is a very interesting product!
It's one thing to have your customers record a testimonial, and quite another to ensure the quality of the video recorded is going to reflect well on your product (and product experience). The nonverbals of a video matter immensely when it comes to ensuring respect, trust and like-ability are in tact.
Would love to chat about a possible partnership since...

Congrats Paul - this is a big deal!!!!
As a former performer, I have many techniques to help stay focused and not distracted when things either don't go as well, or go even better, than expected.
Either way, you need to stay present, in the moment, responding to things as they come and not getting ahead of yourself:)
Excited to follow your progress! We are looking to do a Product Hunt...
It's officially launch day π π₯³ How do you cope?

Part of a strong team - which implies great leadership. Great leadership never feels like you have a boss:)
And this is coming from the CEO of a company haha. I try to view everyone as a fully fledge, equal member of a team. Everyone has skin in the game and everyone's opinions are safely heard and valued.
Would you rather be your own boss or be part of a strong team?

I am building a fully remote company currently and it's imperative to build in practices to foster trust with your employees.
We had performance issues with one employee early on and it was hard to know exactly what this person was up to all day when those deadlines weren't met.
However, we also romanticize the 'in office = trust' framework. If someone doesn't want to work, they will find...

Biggest pet peeve when sitting on video calls?
It's been a minute since we all hopped onto video conferencing so we could remember what our co-workers looked like.
You'd think we'd all be experts at communicating over video by now, but turns out...we aren't.
Curious to hear what feels like nails on a chalkboard when you're on a video call?

I just went to a virtual event on https://remo.co/ and it was great! You can 'hop over' to any tables to chat with specific groups of people. You can organized tables by subject or just have it be more of a lounge vibe.
It's fun to see different groups of people and have one on one conversations or group conversations like you would at any social event.
spatial.chat is another great tool...
