How do you decide the topic of your first blog post?
I wanted to start writing articles but was confused between multiple ideas on how to get started.
In all such situations, I have always fallen back on creating something from my personal experience.
To that end, here is my first article (a bit technical though) for anyone who is looking to crack a Data structure & algorithm interview with a big product company.

12 accounts by the same person just to use intervue.io for free
A person made 12 different accounts on intervue.io just to use it for free.
As a founder it made me happy that he sees the value the product is bringing and he is doing the effort to get enough out of the product.
But at the same time, how do you make sure that maximum people end up paying you for the value you offer?

Opinions are worthless. Try and find out if there is no significant effort.
If there is a significant effort, talk to people by asking better questions :)

For remote evaluation in tech rounds, you can try out intervue.io (https://www.intervue.io)
I was using Google docs before for live collaboration but turns out that intervue.io is better and saves time with very easy to use interface.

1) What has worked well for you when beginning product development, including what
questions do you ask yourself or your team? And what hasn't?
- Very fast prototyping before going into backend and infra development
- Only adding features that sound simple. It it sounds complex, make it simple and when it does, consider adding it
- If there a question bothering, leave it for later and move on...

Replacing emails with something sounds as something very ambitious to achieve IMHO!
Email is now as regular a thing as a verb in English language. It's a habit.
I am not sure if you mean Improving emailing experience with better
- Message threads
- Visibility of people
- Capability to highlight important things
- Mass messaging (with a standard format) and make a categorisation of products...
What are the biggest problems with email?

Apart from tech stack and exposure to technologies, below are some must have qualities:
- Passion/energy to hustle
- Product understanding agnostic of tech stack he works on
- Should be able to understand product and vision behind the idea at 10000 foot and should be able to connect with what you guys are building
- Should have understanding of an early stage startup environment
What are the good practices when hiring our first employee (full-stack developer)?
