I've researched this a lot and the reason Zoom is limited to 720p and most video conferencing tools are too is because the technology isn't there yet to support 1080p or higher resolutions.
It is literally impossible for current hardware to encode higher than 720p video data in realtime and decode it on the other end.
To video conference at 1080p or above would require custom hardware video...
I'm curious as to why the video quality of video conferencing tools is so bad... (alternative?)

How hard is it to do DNS level redirects? There are many URL shortening / redirect tools but none of them are as fast as Bit.ly.
It's been over a decade but there's still no competitor that can match Bit.ly's 20ms redirect speed. I wonder why?

What about work that isn't necessarily visible? For example, building an underlying architecture/framework where the UI looks unchanged for months but there's a lot of progress underneath. Any good way to track that?

Congratulations on the launch! Please consider removing the background color shift. I thought my eyes were going bad with the subtle green to red shift. Very unsettling and uncomfortable.

Without a hosted option, perhaps you're missing the target market for Firebase? The whole point of Firebase is to NOT have to manage servers.
Now there's a lot to like about Supabase as a lower cost replacement for Pubnub/Pusher. The functions integration looks super sweet too.
Upvoted and will investigate as a low-cost realtime server!

Looks great! What are the hosting limits? Are databases limited to 1000 rows?

Brainio looks phenomenal! I've been using http://wisemapping.com but they have some very frustrating limitations that really impede communication and creativity.
The pricing is definitely a turn off though. I'll be fine for now on the free plan but I'll check back to see what you do with the pricing.
Instead of pricing as a SAAS, perhaps a freemium model or a lifetime license might be more...

Cuttly's DNS is lightening fast at 0.8ms! Unfortunately, the actual link shortening takes half a second. SSL - 100ms, Connect - 250ms, Wait - 100ms
Can the redirect time be lowered?

Wow, this is amazing! Might make those ugly looking teardrop notch phones usable. The Pixel 3 is a lost cause unfortunately; nothing can fix that notch!

I was thinking about the interview process yesterday and wondered if most HR/interviewers track the longitudinal correlation between interview criteria and success of hires. I think Triplebyte is one of the only companies that tries to improve their screening criteria based on the applicant's success?

Upvoted the project but I'm a bit concerned about the pricing. $25/month for 100,000 database rows seems really steep. 1 million rows would cost $250/month if scaled linearly. Even in my own personal projects, I store 10s of millions of rows in multiple database tables. The pricing seems prohibitive especially if the goal is to scale.

Congrats @altumcode on launching! The demo is very sleek and so is the idea.
Do you have any experience with scaling PHP and MySQL? In production workloads at scale, millions of events are generated per day or even per hour. Without good data vacuuming and hygiene, even top of the line servers will get overwhelmed. That's when data loss begins.
