But if you don't know the principle behind these, then you won't get any results.

Whose problems are my product solving?
Where are they having out, online and offline?
What should I do to make them believe that I'm the best solution for them?

Your product is going to solve a particular problem of a user.
Find your target audience, the people who are facing these problems.
Find where they hangout online and offline.
Go there are help them solve their daily problems.
Build trust and authority there.
Then slowly start introducing your product, saying that you can solve all these problems with (your product)

It isn't that complicated, instead of learning the methods to find a customer, learn the principle behind it.
Lets take an example.
You have a product/service that solves a problem.
Find you target audience: The people who are currently facing these problems in their live.
Get into their shoe and think, where they will be hanging out, online and offline.
Find the place, and start helping...

Calculate the cost associated to it
Then increase the price by atleast 5x the cost of the product
The increase the perceived value of the product by providing add ons and other features.
Create a brand around it and provide exceptional service and support for it.
Reason:
- If I get pennies, my quality of work will be low, and the service that I provide will be bad, and at the end I will...

A low budget means more manual work.
Define a target audience.
Build a personal brand, then start putting out content on the internet.
You'll see results after putting work day in and out for the next 6-10 months

I did check some out, but it didn't go for it.
I might get some hate for it, but...
I'm a old school guy, I like to have control over my projects, so I usually build all my stuff.
I prefer to keep my code and project with myself and don't want to face unnecessary complications if one of the these platform decides to shut off or increase their price dramatically

Remove all the magazines and TV from the clinic.
- Then Create a “healthy body checklist” alluring people to do a self-check.
- It should include questions like “ Do you feel tired at 2 pm every noon”, and “Are you worried about your weight?”

If yes, ask for the suggestion and why would they use a product (to save time, to make more money, to gain status etc)

- What do you want to achieve with your profile.
- What is more important customers or social media status
If you want social media status go for followers
If you want to build a successful business go for audience building
