This book is aimed at the larger organization that is looking to use Design Sprints to answer tough questions and build a strong culture of design. Combining the experience of master design sprint facilitators with case studies from some of the world's biggest brands.
Pros: Detailed and practical handbook for larger orgs and their teams.
Cons: Wish we could've added more case studies.

I'm very excited to see the new book out in the wild. I've gathered several years of practical experience with large organizations and combined it with insights from top enterprise design groups to make this as useful and accessible as possible. If you're a product, design or UX person working in a big company there is a lot of delicious case studies to sink your teeth into. Please let me know...

I've really enjoyed reading (and listening) to this book. It's one of those 'you-should-read-it-once-a-year' books. Apparently, Ryan has a tattoo on his arm saying "Ego is the enemy", which surprised me at first but after reading the book, makes me think it's a pretty neat idea.
