I think this can depend on the per-user cost of your product. For example, a user uses your product for a month, you need to pay $1, and use it for two months is still $1, which means that the per-user cost is relatively fixed, then you can consider one-time payment. But if the cost you need to pay will increase as the user uses longer, I think you should consider subscription.
Subscription or One Time Fee?

I can't tell which of the two is more important, they're like the left and right hands of product growth.
But I prefer my product to be product-led growth, and I believe that community-led growth is based on good products, or good products are easier to form good communities and build community-led growth.
Community-led growth vs Product-led growth. Which is more important?

I think localization can be better focused on the local market and help gain a larger share in a market segment, but only if the product has been proven in a global market, first to verify that the product business model works, and second to verify that the product can be better profitable in a local market.
Is your business global or focused on the local market?

It is hoped that Xcode can natively support code copilot.

The best short link tool I've ever used, and it's open source. I love open source, and although it's not easy to deploy Dub myself, at least I can do it.
For most people, I prefer to use officially deployed services. For short link services, stable redirection is more important than anything else.

I experienced it and found two minor problems, such as:
1. When Break, the screen cannot be completely obscured by the content of LookAway, and the App content that I am working on can be seen on both sides of the screen.
2. When Break, you can still switch the App window even if you don't click Skip, which is very strange.
I sincerely say: apart from being a native macOS App, I haven't...
