Absolutely love Forecast. Specially when you combine it with it's sister product: Harvest. Together, you can plan the team's time, then see how close (or not) you were to the forecasts. Perfect for agencies, although an even more automated Harvest - Forecast integration would be ideal.

Can't believe Xero has only 67 upvotes despite being probably one of the most useful tools for anyone running a business.
