Looking great, Aftercare! Based on a few tests I did a few weeks ago, I found the UX (e.g. survey build experience) pretty slick, especially for an early-stage product. Analytics/reporting functionality will obviously be critical as you go and, especially, as you look upmarket (Enterprise scale). I think the real differentiator is in the use of AI, especially if trained on specific use cases...
