Ryan ODonnell is a serial entrepreneur and product/GTM leader based in Raleigh, NC. Most recently, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of EmployUs, a venture backed HR Tech company helping employers make employee referrals their #1 source of hires. Prior to selling to Hireology in 2021, EmployUs had helped +30,000 people get hired, scaled to +100 enterprise customers across +50 countries. Since the acquisition, Ryan has been leading product at Hireology to help their +10,000 customers build their best teams. Additionally, he manages RPO Ventures, a holding company investing in real estate, advising startups, and incubating new products with a focus on using tech for good. He is a proud graduate of NC State University and the NC School of Science of Math.
