Tips for cold outreach via Linkedin?
What have you tried and learned? I've found personalization goes a long way, as I'm sure most people know. Emojis help you stand out. Don't automate filling in names, some people add special characters to their names to see if a message is an automated message. Sending messages later in the week is better. Some other random tips like that!

What tool could use some AI-magic?

I hate excel and having to google all the formulas. thought i'd solve my own problem with a lil ai-magic into a spreadsheet :)
now i can just ask any question about my data and have jeeves spit out a chart with the answer
