I work in social listening & consumer insights and Gigabrain has been part of my stack for a while now. Really good jumping board to discover themes and topics that consumers might be discussing. While I understand this is not a social listening tool, what would make it really powerful is increasing the number of consumer verbatim for each of the insights.

Pretty lame. Was not able to answer any of my questions and kept telling me there was no context present in the texts. Fails much like most AI gimmicks.

This is a parler rip off. a social medium for right wing trolls who got booted off Twitter. Avoid like the plague.
