I've hired a few sales coaches in the past who charged over $100 an hour. I couldn't afford it and there was no way for me to improve besides doing hundreds of sales calls and losing countless deals...

Cold calling works best in my opinion. Conversion rates to demo are much much higher than cold emailing.
