How do you find out if people are disengaged on your team?
Burnout is a growing problem at work. The performance of each team member depends on how well the team works. And how well the team works depends on how well each team member works. But with information scattered all over email threads, Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion, Github, Jira, and etc.. the performance of your team is hard to measure.

We found out that peer recognition part is missing in our remote culture. How are you guys doing in building relationships in remote teams, sharinge wins, and acknowledging accomplishment?
What can you do to help people in remote workspaces feel more connected?

What design elements can remote teams use to alleviate the loneliness and increase collaboration?
So far, I haven't seen any successful models for remote teams to feel like they're together.
Our team switched Async daily scrum to -> 15mins real-time audio meeting, it helps us feel more connected.
