Definitely depends on the kind of startup! A lot of more mainstream startups that aren't super techy or gamer focused are using using Geneva :)

@james_afino good question - my approach has always been to listen not just to 'what' they're asking for, but to really understand 'why' they want that thing. Their goals / intentions are always right, but often their imagined solution isn't the best one.

This is pretty interesting - It kinda reminds me of https://www.dietbet.com/ and other apps where people pay into a pot, and then whoever does the challenge successfully at the end of the week/month split the pot as winnings/reward.

This game is so much fun for groups. Each person gets a series of "caption" cards and then a Meme image is put in the middle. Everyone submits their best caption for that image, and the 'judge' selects the funniest!

A friend recommended this to me and I'm obsessed. We play it all the time now.
One thing that makes it even better too is printing out your own funny photos of the people you're going to be playing with instead of just using the stock meme photos (WDYM now actually has this as a service to make it even easier: https://www.whatdoyoumemecustom.com/)
