I'm not using Notion at all, and that would take me outside of your target audience. If I would be using notion though for repeatable processes, I don't think I would identify myself like that. I might be looking for 1 or 2 examples that'd resonate with me.

Personally I would clear a large part of the content to put more focus on the high value parts. Title, payoff, one alinea, hero image, subscribe button. Also: I got the advice to make the payoff more solution state oriented (what great feeling are you gonna give your customers). At the very least it is a plus that people are now more aware that a public square function is very sensitive

What would set this apart from services on Azure, Google Cloud and the likes?

I'm pretty well versed in the Sheets myself (sorry dad joke). And I kinda fear I would go ahead and not use any of the templates in a severe case of DIY (aka not-invented-by-me-syndrome). Do you have an example sheet to get a feel of it?
