As someone that has created several in-app subscription apps, I am interested in your approach. We currently use RevenueCat so familiar with the challenge your are tackling.
When will you publish your SDK specs? Beyond native code (SwiftUI and Kotlin), will you also support React Native and other languages as well? Finally, are you incorporating in PayWall page design for A/B testing messages...

I know it is hard to put a lot on these promo pages but a couple of things for the launch...does this include templates with art work and if so, for Slides, PP, Keynote, etc.? Is this challenge based on some of the more popular formats and if so, from whom? For example the one from Jason Calacanis or Sequoia etc? Also does it include a review process after the 10 days and if so, by whom...

I believe the challenge with a Friday is just fewer people engaged on PH on those days. Hence the pool of people is dramatically smaller and less opportunity for your launch to be seen. In theory it would make sense to use an off day to launch but if your goal is to maximize exposure, then a larger pool of viewers makes more sense.
