This is a passion project of mine to make it easier to deploy Java desktop apps. I'm very happy with the result, as IMO, the process is orders of magnitudes simpler than what we had before. Some features include:
- Native installers for Mac, Windows, and Linux
- Build native bundles for all platforms from any platform (e.g. You don't need Mac to make a Mac app. You don't need Windows to make a...

These games are the best I've run across for my toddler. The controls are easy enough for them to handle (i.e. basically tap anywhere and something interesting will happen), and there aren't any advertisements. Most other games end up with my daughter accidentally clicking on an ad or some other feature that takes them out of the app regularly.
Keep up the great work.

I use Screenflow regularly for creating tutorial screencasts for my software. I tried many things before settling on it. Features I particularly like and use regularly:
1. Webcam of myself as I perform tutorial (shown in corner of screen).
2. Pan and zoom (focusing on parts of the screen that are important).
3. Easy jump-cuts to remove dead space.
The editing features of screenflow make it so...

A good, low-cost alternative to Photoshop. Interface is fairly intuitive, and performance seems pretty good. I'm a web and app developer that just needs to create custom header graphics with some text and images some times and Pixelmator works great for that.

I discovered Codename One in 2012 (shortly after it was launched) searching for a way to build iOS apps in Java. I had experimented with a lot of other tools that almost got me where I wanted to go, but Codename One hit the mark exactly. I was a long-time Swing programmer, so the API felt familiar. Disclaimer: I now work for Codename One, and spend my days working on improving the platform.
