I list down the “next steps” for all ongoing tasks and pick the easiest one :D … this is obviously beside the usual prioritization of ongoing tasks based on impact and product roadmap.
How do you prioritize your tasks as a developer?

I like the third one, clear value prop and no jargons. maybe drop the 'business' to make it smaller ? 🤔

I think and hope that the web3 and the token economy around it will enable more and more developers to contribute towards open source projects. The creator economy will incentivize individual developers to create an open and verifiable portfolio and monetize their time spent towards open projects. It will change the way companies hire, and candidates see career opportunities. What are your...

If there is no traction (including free users) at all from the MVP and few pivots then exit right away. If there is enough traction but free/trial to paid conversion is not happening then maybe stick to it and try a few iterations either from dev side or marketing side. In the end cash flow matters a lot, you can’t keep on running your operations on fumes. There is a personal tolerance for...

IMO you can truly focus on one product at a time. One can handle several side-projects or weekend hacks but they will be outside the full time work of that one main product (which most likely contains several projects in itself).
Focus on one product or in multiple?

Taking a break. It is so easy to get sucked into long working hours when your are building something really interesting. Taking a break and tending to other hobbies or just chilling prevents burn out and actually increases the efficiency. At least in my experience.
