About

Hey, I’m Sidhanshu, a UX Engineer at Google and founder of Mindra, where we’re building the personalization layer that helps software adapt to the people using it. I’m also building UseSkelly.dev, an open-source tool that generates responsive skeleton loaders from real UI layouts. By day, I build user experiences at Google. Outside work, I enjoy building products around problems I encounter firsthand. I previously built Humlabs and am currently building UXE.fyi, an open-source community for UX Engineers. I’m passionate about design, developer tools, AI, and creating software that feels more intuitive, adaptive, and human.

Colecta β€” Talk to your Instagram

Hey Product Hunt I m Sidhanshu, maker of Colecta.

Creators have plenty of data. The problem is figuring out what it actually means.

So instead of building another analytics dashboard, we built Colecta a chat where you can ask anything about your own Instagram.

Why did my last Reel flop?
What s working for me lately?
What should I post next?

Colecta.ai - Your Instagram, explained in plain English

Colecta reads your own Instagram insights and answers what they add up to β€” why a post over- or under-performed, how much reach is non-followers, which formats grow followers, and what to post next. Every number comes from your real data.

Building mindra: AI that morphs your UI to how well you know it

Hey PH I'm building mindra and want to pressure-test the core idea with this community before I launch it here in a few weeks.

The premise: every app ships one interface for everyone. A day-one beginner and a five-year power user get the exact same UI the same "click to export" tooltip, the same "Are you sure?" on the 400th delete, the same onboarding you finished years ago. We personalise by role, plan, and locale, but never by how a specific person actually understands a specific button.

mindra is a runtime that fixes that. It models each user's familiarity, confidence, and friction per element, then adapts what they see in real time tooltips retire into shortcuts once mastered, confirmations relax into instant + undo for pros, guidance fades on its own. One hook to integrate; built for product teams shipping to real users at scale.

Where the AI comes in: the base layer is deterministic (transparent, debuggable familiarity scoring you can trust). On top of that, an AI adaptation engine turns behavioural context into UX decisions and this is the part I'm most excited about. The near-term is copy, complexity, and guidance adapting per user. Where it's heading is layout that morphs: the whole screen restructuring for who's using it a novice sees a guided, spacious, few-choices view; an expert sees a dense, shortcut-driven, everything-exposed cockpit same code, same components, AI composing the arrangement in real time. Interfaces that literally reshape themselves as you master them.
