My last weeks average was 2h 59m, but it used to be much higher before I started Unpluq. I would easily clock between 4 and 5 hours.

Great question! For me actually one of the most time-wasting activities is scrolling on my phone. That's why I've started Unpluq
We're helping people to introduce an intentional moment before scrolling, helping you save more than 1 hour and 20 minutes every day!
How can one avoid common time-wasting activities and optimize their daily routines?

Personally I've struggled with smartphone distraction for a long time, I tried a lot of the solutions out there but they didn't really work for me (using built in screen time app, deleting apps, etc). That's why I started Unpluq , Building a product that you use and love yourself is awesome. With Unpluq I managed to half my screen time from an average of 5 hours to 2,5.

I totally agree, however deleting is often not the right way as you would want access to those apps sometimes. That's why we've created Unpluq It will help you to make a more conscious choice before accessing distracting apps. We are saving our users more then 1 hours of screen time everyday!
