Hi Alyssa,
I wanted to ask, when developing a product would you only release a feature when the UI / UX is fully cooked? Would you consider it acceptable to crank out features with temporary UIs that aren't necessarily the best?

I established close relationships with the beta users when I first started. They felt free to call out whatever it was they did or didn't like. Some founders make the mistake of acting like their product is perfect, and they just need to find the right customer. In reality it is the opposite. I first started by working with existing communities on Discord. This allowed me to avoid marketing costs, and receive valuable feedback from traders of all backgrounds who were a perfect sample of the target audience.
