I haven't heard of Greenshift and Cwicly before. Being using Elementor for a while now and can't think of moving away from it. For the sheer flexibility that it provides to the user. Gutenberg will get better over time, but for will have to stick with Elementor.
If you are a WordPress Fan, have you completely switched to Gutenberg or still using Page Builders?

If you are looking for flexibility then you should use a page builder instead of a template. Elementor is the best page builder out there. But if you still insist on using a theme/template then you should check out Themeisle, Astra or Generate Press. They all offer flexibility, speed and an easy to use interface. Btw, Elementor works well with its core theme Hello Elementor.

I'm not going to repeat the answer because most folks have already addressed it, but here is my perspective on how you should approach blogging.
1) Blogging / Content Marketing needs a 6-9 month runway to show results (most folks give up in the first few months). If your management is looking for results from day one, then you are in the wrong workplace.

Find people who are self-motivated, driven and inspired by the mission of your company. Ultimately you need a team that makes things happen. You can always fix the marketing plan and tactical stuff later. But if you don't have the right people onboard no plan will ever see the light of the day.
