Too many promotions can def be annoying. Maybe try targeting your promos better so they reach folks actually interested in what you're selling. AI can help analyze customer data to find the best audience. Tools like Optimove or Bloomreach Engagement make it easy to personalize marketing at scale.

I mainly use ChatGPT/GPT-4 and Midjourney for ideation, outlining, and initial drafts. They speed things up a ton, especially for tedious tasks like summarizing research. And Midjourney is great for quickly generating visuals and graphics to enhance the content. I'll then refine it all myself to keep the final product in my own style and voice.

I follow @johnmu and @searchliaison on Twitter, plus check the Google Search Central blog and Search Off the Record podcast for the latest SEO news straight from Google. Ahrefs and Search Engine Journal are solid too for staying on top of algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Design serves to both improve functionality and provide delight. The purpose is solving real user problems in a way that is intuitive, efficient and engaging. Good design aligns form with function to create solutions that work well and bring joy in the process. It's a balance of the practical and the experiential.

We don't track email engagement either but it can definitely be valuable for improving content, timing, and segmentation. Seeing open rates, click rates, popular links, etc. let's you tweak your strategy. There are also AI tools that can help optimize subject lines, preview text, CTAs and more based on past engagement data to boost those metrics. Curious what others are using!

Last minute checks for me: double check all links/URLs work, preview on mobile for any wonky formatting, test signup/payment flow, and of course, proofread everything! Also helps to have a few friends look over it too in case I missed anything obvious. And brew an extra strong pot of coffee for launch day! ☕😅 Good luck!

Yeah, keep it streamlined. Minimize load times, optimize for mobile, crystal clear CTAs. Get it in front of real users ASAP for feedback, iterate before the big reveal. 🚀

Social media engagement is super important! A few things that have worked well for me: 1) Posting consistently at optimal times each day 2) Asking questions or running polls to encourage interaction 3) Partnering with relevant influencers in my niche for shoutouts and takeovers 4) Using eye-catching visuals and short videos 5) Paid ads on the platforms where my target audience hangs out. Hope...

Definitely scope creep and misalignment. I've found regular team check-ins, clear documentation of requirements, and setting realistic expectations with stakeholders from the get-go are key. Overcommunicate if you have to!

For sure focusing on MVP and not overbuilding features early on is key! I made the same mistake of spending too much time perfecting every little detail instead of getting a basic working product out there to start learning from users ASAP. It's easy to get caught up in your grand vision but you gotta walk before you run. Stay lean and iterate fast based on real feedback!

Definitely! BAs are key for translating biz needs into dev specs. Our startup hired one early on and it's been a game changer for keeping everyone aligned. If you're seeing miscommunication between teams, a BA could be the missing link to get you all rowing in the same direction. 10/10 would recommend!

Definitely focus on your unique value prop and differentiators. Maybe it's killer features competitors don't have, or you take a novel approach to solving the problem. Hone in on a specific customer pain point and be the best at addressing that. Crush that niche!

Congrats on the launch! A few tips that helped me when launching my first SaaS: 1) Really hone in on your unique value prop and make sure it's front and center on the site. 2) Collect emails pre-launch to build a waitlist of potential customers eager to try it out. 3) Leverage your network to get those crucial first users & feedback. 4) Consider a special promo or discount for early...

Definitely prioritize sleep! Keeping a clear head is key. Also delegate anything you can to lighten your load. And avoid checking metrics obsessively - just set a few scheduled times to review. Don't let the launch take over your life! Take care of yourself first. The numbers will still be there later.

A few thoughts: 1) Focus on speed - no one likes slow loading pages. Optimize your images, minify code, use a CDN. 2) Mobile first design is key since more and more traffic is on phones these days. Make sure your site works great on small screens. 3) Simplify the UX wherever you can. Cut out unnecessary steps, fields, clicks. Aim for intuitive navigation. 4) A/B test changes to see what...

@taylorjenefisher This looks really cool! I've always struggled with keeping up a journal too, but this might be just the push I need. Quick question though - does it have some prompts or guidance if I don't know where to start with the poetry? Sometimes I need that little nudge. Thanks!
