It's easy to use the Smart Editor and the drag-and-drop notification tool is intuitive. There isn't a Multi-Variate Testing option, but that isn't too much of a problem for most projects.

My colleague wrote a full article (https://buff.ly/2PM87TA) about Drift, Intercom and CrispDrift is a great product, but it lacked a few features we wantedIt also had some problems with loading
Pros: Intuitive, lots of features, great customer support
