I’ve been part of the beta for a little while, and I love what Owen’s doing. The quality, relevance, and frequency of his reporting is really great — plus, the community is a nice bonus. I can tell Owen took a lot of time in building something special, and it’s refreshing to consume tech news without ads, feeling guilty about blocking ads, or click-grabbing non-stories. This is interesting, even as a non-music person – I never realized how many different parts and pieces went into producing a song, and I think I walked away with a little bit more appreciation of what music professionals do.

Big, big fan of CloudApp. I use mine with a custom short domain, so when I send screen snippets, a short link is automatically created and copied to my clipboard. New features look great.

Really cool. I’m typically immediately skeptical of calculators like this, but this one seems to be carefully designed and crafted to produce an accurate estimate. Nice work by the Crew crew!

This is such a huge feature for me. I already love Amazon Echo, but I’m super-integrated into Spotify, and Amazon’s music library isn’t nearly as strong. This product keeps getting better and better.
