A potential resource that would be helpful for founders would be a guide to Customer support for Startups (or how founders should approach Customer support). Important skill to have if you are working in the startup world. Emotions tend to follow a sinusoidal wave in startups. My approach is to first accept the fact that there are going to be setbacks. Not everything works out. Second step is to look for learnings within those setbacks. Of course easier said than done!

'Better done than perfect' is what I would say.
