I really believe that this is the way of the future for explainer help and customer service. However I have installed a "personal shopper" on my retail site mightywallet.shop but customers are clearly uneasy engaging with it. How do you plan on overcoming these barriers to adoption?

Great question Neha, it's a total game changer, I'd say it's reduced about 70% of my customer responses. I'm kind of un happy that I have to pay for the chat bot (zichat) separate from my customer service platform (ReAmaze) and wish I could combine the functionality of both

As a single Dad and Solo-preneur it's not easy... I try to roll with whatever tasks I can wrap up into something my kids want to do. Carry my laptop a lot but letting go of things I can't control has kept me sane (most times). lol

One thought on the knowledge base process: One of my products (durable consumer good) doesn't yet have a landing page because I'm trying to learn more about the customers out there. Currently when I get to the setup step requesting a landing page there is no way for me to upload documentation or other sources.
