Lunchtime naps hands down. Some say that napping can help them escape from daily stresses and overthinking, and that it's like rebooting their computer. Congrats! I’m a few days to 100

Social media. It’s a simple way to reach more people outside your network without having to pay for it.

Definitely a night worker. That’s when all the fun ideas come out. The day thoughts are just mainstream corporate patterns.

Regular ideation meetings. Throwing fresh ideas that are measurable on the board.

I think it depends on skill and time. Ideas for new product can be done on your own or with a team, although bringing that product to life requires skills that you may or may not have. If you’re starting by yourself and began the design and planning stages you may come to a point of, can I make this myself or do I need help? The other side of it is if there is an existing team, you may ask...

A simpler data repository solution that has Zapier like integration capabilities.

For mental health lows I would say active listening and daily check ins would work. Not a “write how you’re feeling” but a “How was your day?” Message can give an opportunity to release the stress of the day.

I use notion to journal. I like how modular you can make the content and connect it to other types of content making the journal itself dynamic

I do not. For me it becomes a time suck trying to keep up with everything. I’m in the process of disabling notifications and only keep ones that I need.
