Are you inspired by your product? "Broadcast" your inspiration to the team constantly, show them the big picture - where you gonna be in months if you do the hard work today. Do that in person and in front of all of them - the crowd effect will help you to spread the inspiration effectively.

It is not a heart operation, you can always launch it again. Also, you need to focus on getting leads from PH not just upvotes. This is important.
