Hey everyone, quick one today. This is a simple framework for defining business models. It's a Figma file + a newsletter post to explain in more detail (all free). If you've struggled to figure out how certain products make money, or want to figure that out for yourself, this might be helpful for you.

Building business models is hard, and classifying them from successful companies can be even harder. The "X2Y" framework is nice, but doesn't get us into the specifics.

Type Study Buddy is a helpful newspaper template laid out with type. It's not even multiple typefaces! One typeface for the whole thing (outside of the pretend logo, but whatever). Anyways. Duplicate this puppy to study and pair type. Good luck. Have fun.
