My thoughts:
Don’t spend time in productivity apps or project management tools. Spend time on doing things.
Prioritizing and managing lots of little task may feel good. But it is just a waste of time that you could have used to actually do the tasks instead.
Focus on the things that have the biggest impact on whatever your long term goal is.
Ignore everything else.
What’s your go-to hack to stay focused and organized? 📋

I think I don’t need a quicker way to write down todos.
I need something that gets rid of those todos in the first place.

Just a quick note: The font in the menubar item is white on a light background in light mode.

Timers. It’s the only „hack“ that actually works for me.
Set a timer before doing something. Try to finish the task in the set time. When the timer runs out, stop doing the task.
This sounds contradictory, but I think you get a lot more done when you limit the time you work on it.

To me: Having a clear goal.
I need to have some kind of vision what I want to achieve with that skill. Something that motivates me to learn the skill as a means to achieve said goal.
I never really learn a skill just for the sake of the skill itself.
Be it a song you want to play on the piano. Or that website you want to build.
I start at the end result and then see what I have to learn...
How do you prefer to learn new skills?

Any Swift developers here? - Do you like the experience with Xcode?
I recently started building things with Swift.
I feel like the developer experience with Xcode is not as great in comparison with webdev and VSCode.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems slow and clunky. Also the git integration is not the best of the world.
Are you using Xcode for building Swift apps? Or do you manage to write Swift with VSCode?
What is your experience with XCode?

From my experience, having a diverse team is key.
I think you need someone that can sell and you need someone that can build it.
Some people might manage to be good at both, but I think most are better at either of those.
How do you build a strong founding team?

For me it’s engagement.
I much rather have meaningful conversations and people that genuinely care :)
What matters to you more? Follower count or engagement?
