It's hard to say and maybe there are more subtleties in the story, but I would personally get their money and then talk with them after if it's possible to convert to card payments or not.

Indeed I have seen many products with obvious vulnerabilities and have always asked myself the same question. I've only developed 2 products in my life and for both of them were extremely important to get the security right (which is not easy or obvious at all!) For one of them, we hired an external company to make us a security audit and fixed all the vulnerabilities that were discovered....

This is such a cool product! Is it going to be available worldwide? Seems that it's not small so how would you handle shipping?

Have you ever thought of retiring at some point?

Just tried it with few different images and it does a great job at removing the background indeed! I'm quite impressed.

Talking and listening to each other. I actually can't stress enough the importance of bringing up these "elephant in the room" conversations and listening to what is needed. Some of these conversations are hard, unpleasant and painful. But by hiding behind the comfort of not bringing this up, it can get even messier.

Great copy, awesome UX, does what it claims to do, what else do you need :D
