I'd say:
- Make sure to take lunch break + go out (doesn't matter for a walk, sit at the park, or just enjoy the sun) In the beginning of the WFH phase I tend to stay at home for days without getting out of my apartment. That's unhealthy mentally and physically, so I remind myself often nowadays.
- Identify the most important to-dos of the day (focus on them, instead of focusing on what tons...

I mainly use a kanban board to track my progress. I first break my goals down into small and actionabale tasks, and then move them from to-do, progress, to done depending on my status. I review the board like each quarter or so to evaluate my goals. For a Kanban software i can recommend the free version of Zenkit Projects. This is a product from the startup I'm working now, so i'm definitely...

Zenkit Projects is great for assigning tasks, track progress of work in the team. In addition, Zenchat will be helpful for team communication.
P.s: I work for Zenkit so it might be biased. But we use our own products for collaborating with remote teams. Would recommend a try since our tools have free plans anyways! :)

Recently I'm back to the office after nearly 1 year of remote work. Mainly because i really needed in-person interactions. But in general, I also think arranging calls just for a life update is helpful. Work is no fun anymore if colleagues only talk about work related stuff.

I totally understand your struggle.
Guided meditation on Youtube + breathing practice helps A LOT. Even after a 10-min short session I always felt less anxious and really calmed down. :D

I use our own "Zenkit Base" to organize ideas. Sometimes I select the Mindmap view, other times I switch to Kanban view or Hierachy view. Depends on my mood & needs. :)

I'd start with having a healthy breakfast and eat it slow. Then write down a few things i want to accomplish today (not too greedy). What I recently started is to apply the pomodoro technique -> this ensures a great balance between working & necessary breaks. That definitely makes my day more successful & happier now! :)

Our Zenkit & Zenchat. Might seem a bit biased because it's created by our team. 😅 But the tools indeed have been really helpful during the entire remote work since last November, and I used it every day to collaborate & communicate with my team members.
