This is pretty cool and congrats on the launch!
Some thoughts / questions:
- How is my skill level calculated and how do you promise consistency of scores if itās calculation is done by experienced product leaders?
- Successful product leaders have a strong network + influence already, so they join Prowess to get exclusive access your talent pool? Is there any benefit for them over others?

Looks great! Finally some innovation in this area as the standard solutions are pretty underwhelming. A developer first but growth team friendly solution is much needed.
> Local processing means no flickering or blocking.
Curious about this, what does ālocal processingā mean here? Iām assume you do what other vendors do and use JS to switch content. So how can you overcome flickering unless...

This is a much needed product to help with more transparency in remote teams. sli.do exists but it feels like a feature creep and not sure if it's useful or smaller teams. Going to try it out and share feedback!

Hi š,
I built HeadsDown to solve a personal problem of ongoing distractions with each Slack or iMessage. MacOSās "Do Not Disturb" is a great feature but at times, I forget to enable it. HeadsDown simply detects the current app in focus and matches against an app list to automatically enable MacOSās DnD.
I have been using it for a month now, and it works pretty well. Itās also my first Mac...

This is such a refreshing experience. I have been using Bear for a while but this might give Bear a run for its money.

Any plan to support Jira server? Also itās amazing to write quick Jira tickets but in reality, you also need to add ticket priority, component etc when working at a larger co.
So our workflow is:
1. Write exactly what you wrote in google doc
2. Spend time writing it back to Jira (and itās frustrating)
So I clearly see value in this, I wonder how can this work for more complex usecases.

This is amazing and have always thought Google should start providing a CMS layer on top of teamās Drive data.
I have a brainstormed this problem space with a couple of friends and few things you can think of to super charge this:
1) add a āstalenessā signal to help with trusting the data. With that, can you use this to actually motivate people to keep it up to date?
2) leverage editors of the...

Pro: low overhead way of finding people.
Con: I canāt find a lot of people here, how do you plan to add more users here?
Upwork has a āfreelancer searchā feature, your differentiation here is mainly based on UI. You can think about pulling some additional data from Upworkās public API to enhance the experience.

Looks good but Iām not sure how it is different from Scottās cheap flights. For $40/yr, itās cheaper than Altitude ($5/month).
Would be helpful if the landing could show some comparison for users like me. Since your target audience is deal hunters, they probably already know about sites like SCF.

Been using it for 2 weeks now, its a perfect example of product market fit. Many products have tried to solve the problem (Cue, springboard) but FYI is really which fits my workflow and addresses my needs of finding the right document by CMD + T (new tab) and eyeballing the list of recently accessed files in drive.
Pros: Easy to use, very fast, secure, "Search by User" is genius
Cons: File...
