I think we are going to have more and more trouble managing tools, and although tools make work easier and efficient, managing them is going to take at least 1/3rd of the day.
I use copy.ai, Grammarly, Hubspot, Google Calendar, Intercom, Webflow, Notion, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Slack everyday. There are others that I use once a week.
We are going to need a tool to manage tools. It's so...

Google Calendar to manage meetings. I don't really enjoy managing work time to the minute. I manage it depending on the amount of work I can do without going insane. This sounds pretty loose but works quite well for me. Less stressful too.

Working on tasks that help me explore and learn new things on the way is mindful productivity for me. Using every minute of the day to do something that has a real impact on business and people makes me feel happy and mindfully productive at the end of the day.
That said, there are days when you have no control on things and you end up doing boring repetitive work (such as sheets :( ). But...

In one word - Most. It is most important for the talented to upskill, otherwise, you are just another person with wasted skills. But what you upskill on is also equally important. Some people just get more certifications and read more books because they feel the "obligation" to do it.
Upskilling should be intentional on well researched. Just because everyone is having a SCRUM certification, you...

It is so tough to tell the best out of all (maybe because I am surrounded by great gifters or I am too old), but I could pick two:
1. A letter that my best friend wrote to me expressing how much she loved me. We obviously expressed this in our actions but rarely do best friends ever say it in words.
2. A friend gifted me a spa coupon when my son was born. That was so thoughtful. I was so tired...
What's the best gift you've ever received? 🎁

Writing the first comment for the launch—what makes you stand out?
PH has a great piece on what your first comment for the launch should be. But I've read a lot of them recently, and they all somehow just focus on following the guidelines (you can almost predict what the next sentence is going to be).
In your opinion, what would make a comment stand out or make it more interesting or even useful? Do you have examples that you loved?
