I've seen firsthand how Disco can improve company culture by putting the focus on values. This new focus on nominations can really help to build a culture around what's important for your team!

Curious if you have any women on your team, and what kind of user testing you've done around the app pre-launch. My initial reactions range from "concern" to "creeped out."

I've been using Begin for a long time now, and I use it both for work and personal projects. I like that I don't have to worry about context switching from app to app, and I can just jot down tasks as they come up in conversation. Pros: Love that it works right in Slack, where I'm already spending 99% of my time! Easy to assign tasks to people conversationally. Cons: none

It's pretty funny -- I work on a Slack integration, and we used to have a tool built in (called Operator!) that allowed customers to ping us directly in Slack when they needed help. After we started using Intercom, that became basically obsolete, but I really missed having that interaction actually in Slack, where I spend 95% of my day (instead of switching over to the web). I've tested out Spot, and I'm really impressed. This is a great way to safely and anonymously (if you wish) report inappropriate or harassing behavior at work. It's an important tool. Pros: Safe way to post about harassment Cons: None
