The most important thing is how bad the bug is. If it's causing a lot of problems for users, stop everything else and fix it first. Clients won't want new things if the old things don't work right.
You can try to work on new features and fix bugs at the same time, but you need to be ready to change your plans. Don't put all your developers on new features. Some of them need to be ready to fix...
How do you manage bug fixes and feature development at the same time?

When random thoughts come to me—usually while traveling, waiting, or even bathing—I quickly note them down. I either type them in my own WhatsApp chat, record a voice note, or use the Notes app widget on my phone. Later, I review these notes (usually once or twice a week). If a thought needs action, I add it to my task management app, ClickUp, along with a doc link, and then start working on it.
As a startup founder, how do you manage & structure your random thoughts?

This has an incredible UI. I'm curious if anyone else feels the same way. Let's connect and share our thoughts.

I love the insert option! It's going to save us a ton of time by eliminating the tedious copy-pasting. @daniel_bukac
