In 2004, Hilde Backus founded The Coach Bureau, one of the first in the Netherlands to focus exclusively on walking coaching. As a career and talent coach, and later as a trainer for other walking coaches. The Coach Bureau is the specialist in walking coaching. We have coached over 1200 coaches in organizations in business, government, healthcare and education. Nearly 400 coaches, therapists, psychologists, teachers, managers and other professionals have taken our Walking Coach Training®. In 2017, we introduced the first officially recognized, accredited Post-HBO Training to become a Registered Walking Coach®.
