Hey there, I’m Wes Kao. I’m the co-founder of Maven, a new platform for live online courses. We're funded by First Round and a16z. Maven has 10,000+ students taking hundreds of courses--on topics like UX design, finance, marketing, and product management. Previously, I co-founded the altMBA with Seth Godin & grew the program from zero to thousands of students in 500 cities and 45 countries. I've also built live courses behind-the-scenes for Professor Scott Galloway, David Perell, Tiago Forte, Outlier, and Morning Brew. I care a lot about sharpening my craft as a founder, operator, and marketer. Also, I love competence and think the world would be a better place if people were more competent. :]
