Excited to try this out. Running an effective incident is a challenge, to say the least.
What’s a an example incident that helps make for a great “magic moment” with the tool? In other words, does the tool really shine if you’ve got some major failure that’s showing up in DataDog, or does it really shine even if you’re just tracking down some product issue impacting customers, etc.

As someone who listens to 4 to 5 hours of audio content every day, a platform like Knowable is exactly what I’m looking for to keep myself learning and growing.
