I remember seeing Cascadeur used for 3D animation last year and being impressed with it.

I like basic colored sticky notes, both on PC and on mobile.
ColorNote on mobile, Microsoft's Sticky Notes on PC. Might have to give Obsidian a spin, though.

This rapid upswing did not come without its own suite of controversies: artists protesting about their works being used in the AI-training data bases without their consent, people calling the...

I just saw some guy on Twitter link a physical typewriter to a text-processing AI. He'd type a prompt or a question on paper and the typewriter would write back by itself a reply. It was cheekily named "Ghostwriter".

This is pretty cool, organizing files can get out of control pretty fast with big teams especially. Bit surprised something like this didn't appear sooner tbh.

To me this whole ... zeitgeist feels like the general enthusiasm one gets when discovering or inventing something new. That how's it looks to me, this new-found obsession with convenience and productivity apps and services that started popping up in the last decade or so.
My guess is that when people started developing apps and tech to reduce some of friction of day-to-day life, the question...
